The office gal Jenna or Jennifer or whatever her name is, she is TERRIBLE! I called back the office after a missed call and spoke to her, who unfortunately she is the office manager, to talk with her about contacting and confirming my insurance, before going in. She said she was unable to contact my insurance, which is fine I even offered to do it for them when I got there. Then she proceeds to tell me she doesn't know much of the situation because she wasn't the gal that I spoke to originally about this last week. Again, fine by me I was more than willing to get her up to speed with what was going on. However, she kept talking over me, by the third or fourth time of doing that, I politely asked her not to talk over me. And she then told me the feeling is mutual and to not do it to. I then told her I am the customer and I am allowed to talk without being talked over and without the attitude. She then went on to say that I being rude, I really do not understand all this just from asking her not to talk while I am talking it is a matter of respect for others, not to say the customer is always right but really your going to tell me I am the one that is being rude!? I then told her with an attitude like that I would never recommend anyone to that establishment. She then told me I was no longer allowed there. I haven't even been there and now I am not allowed. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she still told me no, at that point I hung up. I have never been treated so rudely before. She is by far the worst, most uncouth and most juvenile person I have ever encountered. I would most certainly NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially with her in the office and with this kind of attitude. Something needs to change, I have half a mind to go in and say something to her and Dr. Lee over this because she is utterly awful and there is something that needs to be done about this!
