I spent over $650 on a bunch of new parts and maintenance in the summer of 2017 to ensure no problems with my monitor heater in the fall/winter. The first time it was used it in the fall it had a significant fuel leak. I had them comeback out and fix it. They charged me over $130 to fix their mistake. I was very polite with them on the phone but they refused to admit their mistake and insisted on charging me for them to fix their own mistake.
Very good service for propane refills and great price lower than surrpunding services
