The owner was extremely disrespectful to me. They're supposed to offer tools if you need them. I needed to mount a new fuel valve in my truck. Without even asking what I was doing, and before I was done, simply using nuts and bolts, he didn't even have the respect to tell me personally I couldn't use the tools because he didn't want me to "hurt myself". Which is ridiculous. I was using wrenches. Completely unacceptable behavior. I was an anti tank missileman in the marines. Clearly this guy thinks having long hair makes you a retard. Garbage individual. After spending $600 dollars there. Just want you all to know a completely pig head obviously owns this place.
This is commendation for Ace Mt Shasta employee whose initials are EAP. She told me to get my auto key copy from the newer machine in the back store, but to come back to her if that failed. "That failed" so I returned to get an EAP made key on EAP's old key-making machine. The key worked perfectly-first time! This is the kind of employee and service for which this store is famous. (Sometimes it's the little things that count for me.)
