After paying the full 6 month premium in advance, one month later I was hit with an additional $65 fee. My agent, Sean, told me that this fee was due to a new driver's fee because I had a new California driver's license. I went to the office to prove to him with my North Carolina State Driver's license of 20+ years that I was not a new driver. I had to persist in getting him to remove that new driver's fee. Upon selling my car, I was hit with another fee taken out of my reimbursement of the premium due to the agent's negligence in entirely removing the $65 "new driver" fee with an additional "late fee." I called the 1(800) Customer Service number and was told to talk to my agent in Mount Shasta. I have left messages for their office, their private cell phones and have not gotten a return call to straighten out the mistakes that were made in over-charging me TWICE.
