Mens bathroom was filthy. Dishes layung around on tables. It looks like they have been there for awhile. Not a very clean establishment. We will never eat here again.
I feel sad, this round table is the one I have been going to since I was a boy... but the service has become deplorable. The staff is friendly, yet inept, and can't handle a simple day let alone a rush of people. I placed my order for delivery, and was told afterward that they did not have delivery at this time, so they cancelled the order. I then changed it to pick up, and after giving my information, I waited roughly 20 minutes before leaving my domicile to pick up my pizza. When I got there, the staff informed me that they canceled the order, because I didn't give them sufficient information (my name) and they would be happy to make my order immediately... this is the last straw in a bundle of what has been screw ups, unclean work areas, slow and sloppy service but all done with a smile.
Title is Bummer! Phone Order/Pick up: 1st time there, ordered 3 pizzas, only 1 was correct. Didn't want to wait so i took the pizza anyway. Gave them another chance, this time ordered 24 wings 12 hot 12 mild, only received the Hot ones.. This Round Table used to be great, I have no confidence in it now that they will get my orders correct. Using Say Cheese Pizza going forward.. Bummer
Worst food experience in my life! No joke. Arrived after a 15 hr drive from southern California. Walked in and girl seemed nice, it was pretty dead. Ordered 2 large pizzas because they were out of extra large dough. $52 in pizza, 40 minutes later and NOTHING. Over heard other customers who have been waiting longer and still no food. The cook looked high, kept starting pizzas and then he would stop and start cleaning something and forget about the pizza. After complaining, they said they were out of large dough and were going to just give us 3 medium pizzas. They said there were several orders ahead of us so it would be at least half an hour more. Each employee was very rude and unprofessional. Filthy cook area, one employee was talking about weed to a customer so I know he was high. Got our money back and so did at least 3 other customers. Worst experience. The manager said the district manager hadnt been to this store in over 6 months. After seeing all of these negative review's I'm glad they screwed up our order. Really makes Mt Shasta look bad. SHUT IT DOWN, CLEAN IT OUT, HIRE NEW PEOPLE
We read the bad reviews but decided to give them a try as we love Round Table Pizza. The Bad Reviews were so right on, the experience made us laugh! We did not eat there. Come on guys, you can do better!
