I was very impressed that the owner answered the phone himself at 7:45 am on a Monday in Mount Shasta. I say this because I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen and over the weekend, it got worse. I had called Fischer Plumbing weeks before but they kept rescheduling me, saying their trucks had broke down and they were behind on schedules. That was fine but the 2nd time they rescheduled me via their answering service, not any of the employees, I said, "enough!" I have to get this faucet fixed. So I looked at the reviews, one service I was about to call was argumentative to one of his clients, so that was a big NO. Then I starting reading reviews about Mt Shasta Plumbing. I called and Brian answered, he said he could come over that day, he fixed the problem and I thought the price was very fair. We are going to have our kitchen remodeled and place new counter tops etc. I plan to have Mount Shasta Plumbing do all the plumbing work. Finally, a real plumber that cares in Mt Shasta, who answers his own phone and doesn't treat me like a second rate job. For now on my family uses Mount Shasta Plumbing in Mt Shasta. What I really appreciate is his attitude. Thanks again Brian

So pleased with Mt. Shasta Plumbing. I had an issue with our water feature requiring me to turn our well pump off. I looked in the phone book, called and Brian arrived within the two hours he had stated. Fixed the problem without difficulty and was on his way. I happily turned the pump back on and went with my day.
