The management was very nice when I moved in and responded quickly to my complaints and/or frustrations. The view of the mountain was out my sliding glass door giving me some hope and positive energy. I wanted to paint because the apartment was not clean and detailed. The management said as long as it was a natural color, she would reimburse me for the paint. When I left she took my whole deposit due to cherry kool-aide stains. The carpet was already old, with strings coming up and fraying at the edges, therefore, I have to take Elite to small claims. Community outcast-ed my son from sports and other services with higher educational manipulation strategies.
