"We have enjoyed our visits to Mount Shasta. We have stayed two times in Heart of Shasta Retreat Vacation Rental, we are booked again for the third visit. We love the colors, how clean the home is kept, and safe for all ages of our four children. We like to be able to walk to all the shops, and all kinds of food, in the small quaint town. We can drive to the Mountain, called Mount Shasta, taking Everett Memorial Highway, it took us about 20 minutes to drive to Bunny Flat, restrooms, and registration to climb the mountain. This home is a little older (as are most homes in Mount Shasta City). It was very clean when we arrived and it accommodated all of our party of six. The back yard is nice and secluded and provides a great view of Mount Shasta. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
