Mrs. Lindsay Fox is the real deal, she check my colon and it was the cleanest in the history of the Mt Shasta hospital. Being a man, I felt compassionate that I would be a gentlemen and only drink water for 3 days before the procedure. I highly suggest this, water & strained chicken broth, it made me feel so good to fast, clean my body, I'm 49 and after the 2nd day, a euphoria came over me and my body said, ah ya ya! Good call.
