I had a technician evaluate my home for propane installation. He was informative and did an excellent job, but there was no follow through, I never received a quote for the job.
Wow, seemed to have no interest in getting my 400gln a year business.
I repeatedly went to the office to find out what was going on and was given one excuse after another. The receptionist was snippy and rude. Finally she told me, after 6 weeks of back and forth, "oh, didn't anyone call you? The manager decided not to take your job. We're too busy." I will never do business with Mount Shasta Blue Star.
How many years, how many times has Blue Star Gas bailed me out. Whether it be with tenants forgetting to refuel or me myself, Blue Star always seems to come through and they care. Even if someday some other propane service was to come around Mt Shasta, I wouldn't bat an eye lash. Blue Star isn't far away and they act like locals, which makes me feel comfortable when things get cold around these parts. I have always liked the people from Blue Star, I know they care about me and my animals. Thanks Blue Star, keep up the good work! Jack Trout since 1994
