I had an amazing time connecting with Mei and her art. Her art is — I'll try my best to put into words — explosively tranquil. I've never seen anyone using colors in such a bold way yet is so deeply rooted in inner strength and tranquility. I ended up purchasing a scroll and two prints. Mei is an interesting person with fascinating stories. I experienced waves of chills/energy going through me while I was connecting with her art. Highly recommended!
Mei gave me an origami peace crane when I bought my first card from her today. She has a way of decorating herself as well as the gallery space. I swear, the place feels sacred. To me, it's an Art Temple.
