Steve and his crew will get you back on the road. I broke down in town while traveling through. They diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered the replacement parts. This shop is transparent and honest and they went the extra mile to help me out. I'm not a local and I had out of state plates, didn't matter. If you need repairs I recommend you call this shop first.
This place really cares, I took my trailer in there to get the bearing lubed and repacked and they totally redid my sealings and it look so professional and upgraded. Next the employee had washed the inside of totally greased out yucky white rims and I swear you could of white gloved them. I took that trailer and got 2nd place the next week in the Mt Shasta Parade and I had never asked the employee to do this for me and really didn't know him. I have lived in Mount Shasta for 25 years and I have had my guide clients use Bjers and they were totally happy also. Mount Shasta folks can be like Philly fans, we expect high service. Bjers seems to live by that comment also and gets my highest endorsement. It's obvious they love what they do for people just like you and me. Many Rivers to You, Jack Trout
