I bought a set of economy tires there, they failed REALLY FAST. I replaced them and had the steering alignment all corrected Point S, (they've changed their name 3 times) wouldn't warranty the new tires unless I had a 500 dollar alignment done on the REAR END of the Honda. Honda doesn't even make parts to allow for such an adjustment. I won't be going back except for maintenance of all the tires I've bought there before.
Great place for auto repair. I thought I was gonna need some new tires but they reassured me mine were fine, just over inflated. "We arent going to sell you tires you don't need." He says.
Service was professional and efficient. We had a screw in our tire and the staff took us right away. Our tire was patched and the entire process including wait was under an hour. I would highly recommend Point S Mr. Shasta.

We got on the road to head home to Phoenix from Mount Shasta on Labor Day. We got a flat tire in the middle of the forest and needed a new one for the drive home. Everyone was closed, including Point S, but Randy came in on his day off to help us out. I would have lost a big job tomorrow if we had to wait to drive home, so Randy really saved us.
