Service is excellent. Business is siloed. 3 parts do not communicate well.
If you're looking for honest, punctual, and affordable service...this is not the place for you! However, if you enjoy wasting your time dealing with incompetent individuals who can't get their act straight then look no further - that's one area these guys really shine in, they will go above and beyond to disappoint. If it wasn't one thing, it was another, and another, and another. Honestly, you might have better luck asking the local bear to do the repairs, but hey, that comes with its own set of risks.

They kept me informed at every stage, let me make key decisions, were transparent about the costs, and accepted my AmEx.
These guys - Kevin (owner), Roger (manager), Joe (expert) & others - did everything they could to take care of the issues (yep, there were multiple: eroded spark plugs causing misfires, leaking A/C), along with proactively cleaning & fixing stuff that should've been taken care of a long time ago.
These guys diagnosed a transmission problem on my Mazda and even mentioned that it seemed like it should be a warranty item so they didn't want to tear it apart and charge me. It was a warranty from Mazda after all so they made a great call.
One-stop shopping, people.
Picture this: single female, traveling alone in her converted bus-home, breaks down enroute to a high-powered writer's workshop. Every day she's stuck = lost money, and worse: lost opportunities.
Next door is a hot rod fixer-upper, and in the space after that is where you can get your tires.
Added to these accolades is the fact that this is where the local ambulances are serviced (!), and when a truck loaded with a crane got stuck on the railroad tracks (running in front of the shop), Kevin was one of the guys providing ideas on how to get unstuck.
Everyone at Brooks was kind, personable, hardworking, and dog-friendly.
I have used Brooks for a variety of auto maintenance and repairs. Dan, in their tire center, is great...but the folks in parts and service do wonderful work and customer service too. Never had to ask them to re-check any work and quoted estimates have always been spot on.
